I have installed Datasmith 5.2. But 3ds max 2023 gives error when opening.

Hello, after installing datasmith 5.2, 3ds max stopped opening.
I also tried Datasmith 5.1 version, same result. 3ds max crashes and closes. I am also sharing the image of the error.
