I have imported a character from mixamo.com but it comes completely white please tell me why the textures and materials are not been shown

What model did you import? Did you download the character with an animation? I know for me when I download blank characters without animations it acts strange. You could try either redownloading the character with an animation - assuming that you downloaded a blank character to retarget animations to - or you could open the fbx in blender and save the images manually and import that way
