@Morgan Crockett The link you sent just re-directs to the twinmotion website to download the plug-in. And if you follow those instructions (which we have, steep-by-step, on multiple computers) for the download and installation of the plug-ins: you still receive the message that it is a trial version. I have dealt with BOTH Autodesk and Twinmotion technical AND sales AND licensing for the past 1-2 months and no one has an adequate answer or solution. Please escalate this concern to your superiors. As a professional company this is disconcerning because we pay and rely on services that do not allow us to function properly. I will be following this development daily.
