Some of my animations jitter like this in the video idk what to do to fix it

I think its where the mesh is being tugged on in different directions at once by different things.
I usually put my videos on Vimeo to show the forum. After you upload to Vimeo, take that link and right where the long line of numbers start, backspace and delete everything up to the slash after .com, then at the end of the numbers add “?from-to”
