I have accidentally deleted the starting ground and can no longer undo. How do i get it back?

I have accidentally deleted the starting ground and can no longer undo. How do i get it back?

Hi ,

You can go to Library > Objects > Primitives, and drag and drop the 'Starting Ground' object.
