I have a question (Reconstruction)

I have a question about setting up Reality Capture Reconstruction.
The image after the Align operation is completed is shown in the first picture. (Image Name 1. Point Cloud)
The top of the roof appeared to be correctly aligned
After the Reconstruction operation is completed, some appear to have disappeared.
I think the reason is that there are fewer points compared to other parts (my expectation)
If the point number is lower than a certain standard, it seems to disappear (my expectation)
Is there a Reconstruction option that can help lower that standard so that the missing part can also be made entirely of Mesh?
Help me please.

  1. Point Cloud

  2. After Reconstruction

  3. Drone Image

Hi,
can you also show the solid mesh of that part?
What are your reconstruction settings?
Are you using only images in this scan?
Probably better capturing of that ridge could help there.

Thank you for your answer.

  1. Solid Mesh
  • I chose Solid Mesh View, but I don’t see it as white Mesh no matter how long I wait, maybe because there are too many points
  • Maybe this
  1. Reconstruction Settings
  1. Onlt Use Image
  • For now, we will receive Laser Scan Data in a few days.
  • When that time comes, we will use Laser Scan Data and Image together.

You can change the Max triangles to display
image
or use the clipping box to show the solid mesh.

As you told me, I saw Crack.
It looked fine in the point cloud, but when I did Reconstruct, I see the wrong place
I can’t go back to before the reconstruction, and it’s become a little difficult.
Anyway, is there any option to help make the Point number at least Mesh in Reconstruction settings?

That crack means it is wrongly aligned. You can try to add some control points there, but taking more pictures from that area could also help.
I am sorry, but what do you mean by this: Anyway, is there any option to help make the Point number at least Mesh in Reconstruction settings?

How do I make sure there are no points that disappear after Reconstruction?

I am not aware of such settings.
Can you try Version 1 depth map algorithm? Also, you can try to set lower filter strength.

Okay I try this

  1. Depth map algorithm version
    Version 2 → Version 1
  2. Filter strength
    2 → 1

and Use Control Points

Thank you for your answer
Have a good day!
