Probably somewhereelse for this post to be, But I’m running Intel and RTX 2070and Unreal keeps trying to background download crashing Fortnite. I don’t need it. Nvidia doesn’t likeit and it crashed everthing multiple times when i DID Install it a year ago

When you click that second window in your image nothing happens? Have you tried verifying your files or resetting the layout to default?
To reset the layout, go to window → load layout → default editor layout.
To verify your files, in your launcher find the engine version you are working on → click the arrow → press verify.
I would also take screenshots whenever possible, as the second hand image is extremally difficult to tell what is happening, especially with the glare.
