I have a problem occuring regarding the difference in simulation in physics asset window and in game simulation

The problem is that when i try to simulate physics in the physics asset window for my character it will ragdoll properly. but when i do the simulation in game what is happening is that the collision capsules generated by the physics asset are colliding with each other and the resultant ragdoll is completely rapid and very shaky and the character is ending up flying everywhere . CAN U PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION. AND IF I TRY TO DISABLE PHYSICS COLLISIONS THEN THE CHARECTER WON’T EVEN RAGDOLL. If I put the collision preset for my skeletal mesh as Ragdoll then again the same problem occurs(flying everywhere and very rapid shaking).now remember that this only happens in in game simulation not in physics asset window.
