I have a problem installing UE4 - IS-PQR1625

I am trying to install UE4.14.1 but once it finishes it shows this message:

Install Failed

The necessary prerequisites have failed to install. Please contact support.

Error Code: IS-PQR1625

You didn’t replied after 7 days to my question.
I asked you a couple of times in the mail, please answer.
By the way, I found out that I have a problem in my system policy that doesn’t let me install visual c++ redistributable.
I searched all over the web and nothing worked.

Due to the holiday, many of our support staff were out on vacation. This is likely the cause of the delay in receiving a response.
