I have a problem in installing Unreal Engine 4

I encountered a problem while installing Unreal Engine 4. Everytime i tried to install it i always say “There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run.”. Do i have to download additional files to fix this problem?

First try this fix

then make sure u run the installer as Admin

I used it but sadly it was Epic Games Launcher was not part of the list

Epic Games Launcher nor Unreal Engine is not listed in the microsoftprogram install and uninstall program that you recommend me to use

set the permission for Temp folder to everyone just as shown in this video
