What is the question?
Okay, so basically both my sub and persistent level are showing right? But for some reason my sub level is the only thing showing. (I have these hidden folders at the bottom of my outliner and I cant enable them so I can see)
You say the persistent is showing, but also it’s not showing? Or do you mean some actors not showing?
If you have world partition on, you might need to explicit load that area of the map.
World Partition is off, however, actors of the persistent level are hidden and I can’t turn them back on. I feel a setting is not currently ticked on resulting in the actors not being shown with the persistent level. Here this is the picture…
No idea 
If you can open the persistent on its own ok, then I’d just re-add the sublevel to that.
