Hello there @Yoshiyuki_101!
This error has popped up a few times around the community, the most effective solution so far has been to perform a clear cache for UE:
Go to your UE directory, and delete the following folders, to reset all launcher data:
C:\ProgramData\Epic
C:\Users\<YourUser>\AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher
C:\Users\<YourUser>\AppData\Local\UnrealEngine
C:\Users\<YourUser>\AppData\Roaming\Epic
After this, if the issue persists, you can also try to run the launcher with admin rights, while temporary disabling your antivirus, and UAC, then attempt to install UEFN again.
You can also check for any logs at AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved\Logs, there may be more details regarding your error message there.
I did this because i was having issue installing any updates for my games. Now none of the games in my library are showing as downloaded. I checked in the download settings folder, and it was showing incorrect Hard Drive. I corrected the download folder for my games and updated. Then relaunched and clicked refresh library. The library is showing the games in my account, but it is still showing all games as not installed. How do I make the epic launcher see my installed games again?
Thanks!
