My HDD is full so I changed my Xcode paths to build to an external SSD. Now Unreal can’t package my Mac games because it seems to be hardcoded to look for the archives in a set location.
Error: Packaging (Mac): System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path ‘/Users/ryu/Library/Developer/Xcode/Archives’
That is because it is now located at ‘/Volumes/M2Storage/Xcode/Archives’ as defined inside of Xcode and it is where Unreal built the archive to before saying it can’t find it…
Okay, let me report this issue so they can fix it in a future update. I open Unreal, I go to “Help→ReportABug” and I end up on a page that says: “URL No Longer Exists“ on “https://epicsupport.force.com/unrealengine” meaning there is no way to report this issue apart from complaining on the forums.
Sigh…![]()
