Thank you for quick response.I am using datasmith direct link 5.1.TM 2023 PR-2.PR-1 and datasmith direct link previous one did not given any problem.Changes made me tense.Crash report attached

low refinement and not max light.
I tried all possibilities,but failed.Export is totally failure in TM 2023 PR-2

Very happy to inform you that after new hot fix update above all problem solved.

1 datasmith direct link working
2 while exporting image or video crash stoped

working in good condition

Today observed that, datasmith direct link 5.1 working on line only, not in offline mode. Any solution for offline working?

Hello ,

Thank you for the follow-up and glad to hear the hotfix addressed the crashing issues. Typically Direct Link uses networking ports to communicate and its possible when you are offline there is something preventing the communication. Please check your firewall and any network security that could be blocking it. If the problem is still happening we may be able to help if you submit a bug here:
