I downloaded UE4 but I can't find the 'Unreal editor' app on my computer

I downloaded UE4 but the only application I can find on my computer is ‘UnrealFrontend’ and not ‘Unreal’ or ‘Unreal editor’. What am I doing wrong?

From my installs it’s been called : Epic Games Launcher
