I downloaded Twinmotion 2020.1 and every time i open it, it crashes

Hi, everyone!

A few days ago I downloaded the new version of Twinmotion 2020.1. After the download, I tried to open it and it crashed. I send the report, but since then, every time I try to open it, it always crashes, so I can’t use it. Does someone know how to solve the problem?

I have windows 10, and a gamer laptop.
