I dont know where to put this but this is driving me insane

Super easy question to answer, I guess, but here it is:

Basically, I want to drag and drop files into my content browser. Every time I try, I just get a circle with a line through it. I know I can go into the file location and drag and drop the files there, but when I try to do it directly in Unreal, it doesn’t work.

I’ve downloaded versions 5.3, 5.4, and 5.6, and every time I try to simply drag and drop files into the content browser while Unreal is open, I get the same issue. Do I need to do something specific to make this work?

Ok so assuming that your trying to import files from your desktop to unreal, what are the file types? unreal doesn’t read all types of files, for example if your trying to import music you cannot use mp3. unreal does not read mp3 files they have to be .Wav Files, now if your trying to import files such as .FBX then it should be drag and drop inside the content folder.
