Hello I start on unreal engine and I love it. But I have a problem. Unwittingly I deleted the tabs “world seting” and “details” and without these tabs and their parameters I can not make games can you help me please. Thank you in advance.

You can get these tabs back with options under the “Window” menu (Next to File, Edit)
Window → Details → Details 1
Window → Worldsettings
You also could re-load the default editor layout.

I’d advise you to reset your layout.
Window → Load Layout → Default Editor Layout
