I do not have a button to create a new offer on the epic backend

I am trying to create an offer (DLC) for my already released game. For some reason, under the “Epic Games Store” dropdown for this title, I do not have the option “Offer”, only the options “Builds” “Pages” and “Discount Management Tool”.

I have the option to create an offer for plenty of other titles, released and unreleased. Does anyone know why this is? Any answers or documentation would be very much appreciated.

The product you’re looking at was created before the publishing tools were available for use in your organization.

We will update you on when this feature can be moved to the new toolset. We kindly ask you to submit a private case when you need a new add-on created.
