I’d like to understand how the product URL works on the Epic Store.

One of our partners based in the U.S. asked why our store link redirects to a PT-BR page instead of an EN-US page.

When I checked, I realized we don’t even have a PT-BR version — only the English one.

I’d like to know if there’s a way to change this,
since most of our potential customers are outside of Brazil.

I understand you are having an issue with your store link redirecting to the PT-BR version of the Epic Games Store.

I looked over your main website, and it appears that the “Play Now” link you have on your site links directly to the PT-BR version of the Epic Games Store.

You should be able to fix this by replacing that link with this one instead, which will redirect your players to the EN-US page: https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/data2073-9d83d4
