Thank you for posting in the community and sorry to hear about the troubles. We have made some changes that should fix this issue.
- Please open Twinmotion.com and sign-in then sign-out
- Please open twinmotion.unrealengine.com and sign-in then sign-out
- Open Twinmotion from the Epic Games launcher.
- Sign out in Twinmotion then sign back in.
- Try re-uploading a Cloud Presentation or Panorama Set.
