I Can't update product since 5 months ago.

Summary

My asset pack has been stuck in the “Live” “Update - Pending publication. Last saved: 5 months ago” status. So I can’t submit product for UE5.7.

What type of bug are you experiencing?

Publishing

Steps to Reproduce

Show [Publish] → [Listing] view from menu on Fab. Select my product [Camera with Shift Lens]. Then all elements are not enabled.

Expected Result

Enable upload and submit product file for UE5.7.

Observed Result

All elements are not enabled.

Thank you for the link.

I couldn’t find the Fab support URL, and assumed the only way to contact the support staff was to post on the forum.

Finally, after 8 months of the issue, I confirmed that my listing site was fixed on 2026/02/19.
I’m grateful for the efforts of the FAB support team.
I know many people are still having trouble, but I hope this will be resolved soon.
