I cant select anything in the asset editor

My Unreal Engine won’t let me select my door asset and only selects individual lines that look like they come from the complex collision. Also the bars at the top of my screen to let me scale and change the shape of my asssets are faded so I cant use them. Is there a way to fix this?

You’re in the static mesh editor, you can just go back to the level editor.

It’s probably the first tab at the top.

As @ClockworkOcean said, you are probably on the mesh window.

If you window looks like the next image, you can simple close it and the editor will go back to the main screen:
