I can't seem to interact with anything as this screen keeps popping up when i click anything or anywhere, I've tried uninstalling, turning it off but it wont fix.

Hey there @NuttyNuffty! Welcome to the community! Some windows users have solved similar issues by disabling G-Sync in their GPU drivers, defaulting their driver settings, or backdating their drivers. There was also a bug previously with High DPI monitors that would also cause issues when new transient windows opened.

one more option is to uninstall using the nvidia special tool, then updating the studio version.
