I CAN'T SEE THE PLUGINS !!!!!!!!!!!!!![FIXED]

hi everyone
many weeks ago i updated my ue to 4.13 and plugins are didn’t appear in edit panel then i updated to 4.13.2 since 3 days and the problem is the same

UPDATE:FIXED
just go to your project folder and create a folder and name it ‘‘plugins’’ then go to your ue folder and copy any plugin to your plugin project folder
open your project and edit and you will found it
