If you have access to your email and you think it went to the correct address, then have a look through your spam folder.

Other than that, I think you’ll need to contact Epic billing directly I’m afraid.
This is an issue again. I made a purchase yesterday, and still haven’t received the receipt. The transaction is listed in my account purchase history, but I need the Invoice ID.
I also tried the online form, which seemed to need my VAT number. Since I don’t have one, I simply entered ‘123’. No reply from that either.
