İ can package my project with development. But when i try to package it with shipping it makes a empty folder. Also with development i cant run my project in my cellphone. Please help.

Can you post the full build log? The screenshot doesn’t tell the full story.
This is cooking part and im getting this error.
And can i copy full build log easily or i need to take its photo one by one?

Thank you for posting this issue. I have addressed an issue like this is in a similar post. I was able to recreate the issue easily with the Packaging build failing. I have also checked this issue in a an internal build and the issue is no longer occurring. I am unsure as to when this fix will be implemented but it is not longer occurring.
