I can't package android project

I installed android studio. I ran “setupandroid.bat” at engine folder. I setted up android settings at project settings. Help pls

Did you follow the tip of your log? Try to reinstall the SDK Version (31), iam using the Version “30”

Looks like 31.0 have problems. So i deleted it and installed 30.0.3. It works fine. Problem solved
