I can't open two projects at the same time

For some reason I can only open one project at a time.

When I have a project open and double click to open a second project a second UE logo appears on my taskbar for a second then disappears and nothing happens.

Any idea what could be going wrong?

Same issue, were you able to find a solution??

Using the Epic Games Launcher seems to have been a workaround for me.
