I Installed The Epic Games Launcher but when i click on it, nothing happens, it only opens when it updates.
I Don’t know whats going on, and this is my first time using it.
Here is my system specs
Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) N4100 CPU @ 1.10GHz
Video Card: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 600
RAM: 4.0 GB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (build 16299), 64-bit

Except the os, none of your specs meets the recommendations.
I was trying to use UE on my old desktop pc with 4x 2.66GHz CPU, geforce 9400 gt (which is still faster than the integrated UHD of your notebook), 4GB RAM, Win7 64bit
It crashed in 80% just at loading. I would not recommend working with UE on your system, sorry
