i cant open a ticket...when i contact twinmotion i get zero response and a ticket is not appearing for me.....except this unfortunately twinmotion crushes on all computers all twinmotion versions with all twinmotion files in 4k.

If you have an old GPU card it is possible you need to use Tiled Rendering setting at export or check the TdrDelay acticle here:

i can not login as usual at twinmotion login … and as i mentioned in the last 20 emails i do not have old video card is ent all details requested several times. My old really old videocard could do the 4k renderings without problems this one cant.
about the login issue i have this as well
i can sign in at epic games websites and on desktop application and desktop twinmotion and cloud no problems at all. The problem persist with edge chrome ad firefox just related to the support twinmotion website

So within the twinmotion program all good. With epic and twinmotion account all good. But wjen I wnat to access the ticketing here : Twinmotion and i press login it wont even ask what account do i want to join just gives the error. I can acces the profile from anywhere else.
