hi the update is a patch (partial).

However some of the files may have been isolated by a anti-virus program

urc.exe and urc.dll get flagged as Malware from Microsoft Defender - General / Issues and Bug Reporting - Epic Developer Community Forums

then verify again

If that does not work this means clicking uninstall.

Then re install UEFN completely
