I can’t find the Datasmith download button for VRED on the Datasmith official website, could you provide one for me?

There is no installer for Datasmith exporter plugin for VRED.
you should go into
UE_5.5\Engine\Plugins\Enterprise\DatasmithFBXImporter\Resources\VREDPlugin\APIV2
and copy the folder DatasmithExporter into VRED folder in Documents.
on my machine it is in
C:\Users\XXXX.XXXX\Documents\Autodesk\VRED-YY\ScriptPlugins\
