We will need a copy of your Twinmotion.log file to determine what may be causing this error.
Please open Twinmotion and try to reproduce this error again. Once the error appears, please close Twinmoiton, then follow the instructions in the Where to find Twinmotion .log file to find your .log file. Please submit a bug report and send us a copy of your Twinmotion.log file so our support team can investigate.
