Hello, I'm having trouble accessing the Quixel Megascans library, when I try to download something it asks me to log in to my account (and I'm already in it). I've tried re-logging into twinmotion and Epic games launcher, but that doesn't solve the problem. I have also reinstalled twinmotion.
Hello ,
Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue and it seems like you may need to agree to the EULA. Please go to https://quixel.com/ and sign-in with the same credentials you use for Twinmotion. Then reopen Twinmotion from the Epic Games launcher.
Hope this helps and if this did not resolve the problem, please contact us directly by following this link:

Vincent,
I have been experiencing the same issue with Twinmotion 2022.2, and I am almost certain it is due to my network firewall. I have confirmed this by connecting to the internet using my phone as a hotspot (no firewall)
Is there a list of websites and/or settings that I should make to my office network firewall to allow full access to the Twinmotion asset library?
Thanks,
Julian P.
