Hello, I created a team in UEFN because i wanted to create an experience in fortnite with my friends but when i tried to click ‘Add team members’ i get a popup asking to verify my age. When i click ‘Verify age’ nothing happens, no new window, nothing. I tried to open it on different browser, same thing. If i click it couple of times and then reload the site, above ‘Add team members’ now says ‘Loading age verification data’ for like 2-5 minutes and then i get an error popup saying ‘Something went wrong’. I tried to contact Epic Support and they redirected me here saying that this is an UEFN issue. I dont know if it is related but i already have an island creator code and a debit card connected to my Epic’s account. Note that i am not from USA but from EU if that has anything to do with it at all. If anyone knows how to help me i will be very grateful.

I’ve been doing some research and one very important thing is that all team members must have their account verified through Epic’s age verification system.
One possible solution is to change the region of the site to your local region, in this case Europe. You can use this link:
After changing the region, the options for face scan and national ID should appear to complete the verification process. It’s also important to make sure your browser allows Epic’s pop-upsIf it doesn’t work, try using a different browser, since the face scan opens in a new window.
Additionally, I found this link from Epic where they state that you can’t change your date of birth once it has been entered:

However, if you entered the wrong date of birth, you can go to this page to contact support:
