I download the app and try it in the trial version , it is so cool
I purchased The Reality Capture Promo
and waited within 24 hours as it was said in the mails to be activated
and unfortunately more than 3 days now and nothing happen
I send the technical team on the website reporting my problem and still no answer
no phone numbers or direct emails , nothing at all
Any advice ??
That is unusual in my experience…

Can you please describe what you mean that nothing happened? Does it mean that your license has not been created? Or do you have any problems with the activation?

I have found the conversation:
Ahmed sent us a message via our contact form on Saturady, 5 May 2018 7:19 our time asking how long it takes to activate the license since the purchase. Our next workday was Monday, 7 May, when my colleague Michal replied to your message in the afternoon. Ahmed replied in 20 minutes that he managed to activate the license.

guys i am keep receiving msg said
14 days to hard expired and when i press update
another msg pops up said i have the latest version !!!
and another issure as well …that the images alignment is not always right i have to do it 2 3 times until it is fixed …dont know why
