I can't access the Fab page from the Epic Game Launcher library.

When I click on an asset to see its overview from the library, it doesn’t take me to the Fab page.

The message “Sorry, we couldn’t find that page.” appears and flashes repeatedly. Clicking the blue “Take me home” button will take you to the Fab page for a moment, then take you back to the “couldn’t find that page” page. When this happens, i will not be able to access any tabs and will have to restart the app.

Until recently, I was able to access the Fab asset page, but now every asset I click on causes the same issue. This is clearly not normal. What happened to Fab?

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, is your launcher up to date with the latest version? If you have already done and checked that, it might be worth clearing the Launcher cache to see if that resolves the issue.

I have the very same problem. Fresh install. macOS 26.3, Epic Games Launcher 19.2.0 (0.0.4).

Cleared the cache anyway, but no difference. Fab tab yields “Sorry, we couldn’t find that page.” with a “Take me home” button that opens in Firefox, thus not returning the Launcher to the Engine tab.

Now, going from the Library in the Engine tab via the “also available in your Fab Library” link takes me to the Fab tab loading “My Library”. It starts loading but before it is done the entire Launcher window becomes black and tries to reload. This reloading seems to be 1Hz. (At this point, if I’m quick I can click the Engine tab and the Launcher becomes usable again. Nothing in the Fab tab responds before the rapid reload.)

Fab.com works in both Firefox and Safari (so I don’t think it is my network).

The output when going through the link in the Engine Library and quitting with ⌘Q after a few reloads is way too long to include in full, but it includes the path to an error log which I am happy to share.

I shut down Epic Launcher deleted the webcache folders in c:\users\name\AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher\saved

But I still get Sorry, we couldn’t find that page.

Hey SkyStalker,
i also had the same issue and switched back my language in the launcher. (from DE to eng). That worked for me and everything’s loading and starting correctly up again.
