I cannot use datasmith plugin in Archicad, cannot syncronize with twinmotion, any solutions?

I am working with Archicad 25. When creating datasmith file or trying to synchronize with direct link via plug in, error occures. Cannot create datasmith file or connect with twinmotion. I uninstalled and installed plugin. I have checked for updates in Archicad (my program was up to date). Any solutions?

Thank you for posting in the community and sorry to hear about the troubles. It looks like in the screen-shot you are using an older plugin and recommend you uninstall and reinstall it with the latest one. I have updated plugin, uninstalled - installed again. I also delete and re-install archicad. I have checked for updates. Nothing works. I can create a datasmith file with only a couple of walls, but as soon as I add any objects, windows etc. I have this error pop up.
