I cannot start UE5 project due to some compile errors for 5 days even it's my first open..

I complied with the below website settings and even I tried to install again both Visual Studio 2022 and UE5.

But, every attempts, I cannot open a c++ project for the same reasons in the below images.
If I click yes at the first image, a problem in the second image is generated and I cannot open the project consequently.

I’m wondering how I can solve this annoying problem
I have no ideas…
