I cannot publish my map on UEFN due to "experimental features enabled" even though I am not using any.

Summary I never turned on any experimental features for this map but am unable to publish updates because of “experimental features”. Images attached, I never even had scene graph on. I saw a previous post where skydome was the problem, I have all time of day managers turned off and no skydome.
