I need to rotate the orthogonal view in straight elevation. My site is at a slight angle to north south. I hold down the wheel button and can pan, however adding the shift key there is no response (no orbit).
I am on a PC and a RTX3090 so it's not my hardware
You can't rotate any of the standard orthogonal views. You would need to use the custom orthogonal view, which you can rotate to achieve the desired viewing angle you want.
