After installing my new SSD drive i went on epic to sign in with my credentials(i made sure cap lock was not on)and i got the error that my credentials were not recognize so i went and reset my password successfully then i enter new password and again same error saying credentials are wrong?
This is scary to say the least since i bought a lot of asset from the marketplace and i am currently lock off my account for some obscure reason that i am not aware!
Anyone? I tried everything even make sure i was log out of my old installation and i got the same message that my credentials are invalid! I am lock out of my assets that i have paid over the years so this is scary!
There is something that is surely related to the new SSD drive with a fresh new windows 10 installation but i don’t have a clue about it.
Today i will make another test since i tried to activate the email for two-factor sign in code to see if this fix it.
If i have to pay money to get help i will so just tell me where can i get help please?
New hardware can’t be the problem. Have you tried using different browsers to login?
Hi Eric and thank for replying i finally found what the problem was, it was firefox that didn’t work with login since it work in chrome flawlessly but i still wonder what cause Firefox to give me that invalid credentials on login?
Everything is a fresh installation at latest versions with no plugins or addons just a pristine fresh installation!
