I cannot contact Epic private support => Authorization Required

Hello,

I’d need to contact Epic by private message, but when I click on Support → Send a Private Message, I’m sent to “https://epicgames.secure.force.com/CommunitySSO/?code=[...]” and the page states :

Authorization Required

You must first log in or register before accessing this page.
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to reset it.

What should I do ?
