Read the description:

UE-Only Content - Licensed for Use Only with Unreal Engine-based Products. Without a custom license you cannot use to create sequels, remasters, or otherwise emulate the original game or use the original game’s trademarks, character names, or other IP to advertise or name your game.

As it is on the marketplace it has free use on all your Unreal projects… Its there to help… But it can only be used on UE projects ex. You cant use the infinity blade props asset pack in Unity. Hope this was able to be of help :slight_smile:
