I can’t transfer an already created model from Sketchfab to Fab.

Good afternoon, please help me.
I’m really fed up with this.

I registered on Sketchfab as a seller.
Then I also registered on Fab as a seller.
I uploaded a model to Sketchfab — everything is fine there.

Then I try to transfer it to Fab, and this is what it says:

Migration may take a few minutes.
We will migrate all existing data to the new listing, including our best attempt at mapping categories and tags. We’ll email you when it’s done. After migration, review and submit each listing for approval. We strongly encourage you to review each listing thoroughly and update as needed before submitting it for review.

I’ve been waiting for 1–2 hours and nothing is happening.

What should I do? Is this a bug or what???

The migration can sometimes take longer than expected, especially during busy periods. Try refreshing, logging out/in, and checking your email folders. If nothing changes after a few hours, contact Fab/Sketchfab support with your model details so they can check if the migration is stuck.
