I can´t open the twinmotion free trial, is already installed but doesn´t open. What should i do?

I installed the version 2020.1 , when i click the icon to start playing it does nothing, the epic games launcher works perfectly , is the twinmotion what doesn´t starts. PLEASE HELP, i want to play it :frowning:

But I will ask, what happens if you navigate in the folder structure directly to where Twinmotion was installed, and run the Twinmotion.exe file. Does it run if not being launched from the launcher?
