Hello @gooosetsuke, Welcome to the Forums.

Thanks for the video. At 2:08 when you assign your material to the landscape, I’d expect the entire landscape to change color.

This may be a bug with world partition. - Try expanding the small arrow next to your Landscape, then select the first landscape chunk, scroll down to the last chunk and click on it while holding SHIFT. (This will select all landscape chunks) Then try assigning your material.
