My name is Patrick Im from Toronto Canada. 13yrs ago I came up with a game I wanted to release on Facebook and I was looking for a game developer to make the game for a percentage as I didn’t have $259,900 to throw around. Game develoiopers wouldn’t even look at my idea in case theey were already making something similar so it was impossinle to pitch the game idea without telling them the idea. It would just get stolen. Farmville was making $80,000,000 a year and my game idea was WAAAY batter and hit all demographics just like farmville did. My idea is still fresh and there is STILL nothing similar to it out there. I’m surprised really. The game I came up with has a way of building itself once started. I’m surprised really that no one else has figured this out.
If there is one thing i know, it’s video games. I’m 52 this month and since my dad brought home one of the first home console games, b/w Pong, I have owned EVERY SINGLE console since. From Atari and Coleco Vision, Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Turbo Grafix, XBox’s and Playstations. I wrote little programs on a Vic20 in C Basic but my parents failed to notice this and point me in the right direction and get me the next best computer. Anyway, I’m rambling on here… I have a game idea that Fortnite kids would love and with this new UEFN developing I think it could be easily made. Changed a little and tweaked for Fortnite, I have a fresh change idea for the original.
I see you have anorher reply to your post before me andd if you guys know how to use UEFN and make games, enviroments for games… lets make some money Am I to understand that if you make an island/game in Fortnite and people play it, Epic sends you money? Is that correct or did I get it wrong?
I know video games, trust me, this will FLY.
