I believe I am having permission issues. Setup VS2022 on a new computer and cannot Build a Blank UE5.1 project (among other projects)

I am having issues building any project for Windows 11 with UE 5.1 on Windows 11. I am on a new computer and configured VS 2022 based on documentation. Here is a log below. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

NEVERMIND; ChatGPT4 suggested it is because of the apostrophe in the name of my User folder which was a complete oversight on my part not to watch out for when setting up a new system . Irish last name :roll_eyes:. Created a new user and now building seems to be working as expected.
